IMPORTANT SENIOR INFORMATION
APRIL 26: Senior Night Out.
NOW - MAY 10: Contact Mr. Darrell Hite for handicapped seating and parking at Graduation.
NOW - APRIL 19: Seniors are invited to ask a Piqua City School Staff Member to attend their graduation ceremony. Please click the link to fill out the request form -> Click here to invite a staff member to Graduation.
MAY 1: Seniors receiving awards/scholarships from outside sources and /or universities must submit documentation to Mrs. Rosenkranz to be recognized at Senior Class Night.
MAY 4: Junior - Senior Prom. To attend, students must be juniors or seniors, or guest of a junior or senior. Guests from outside PHS must register. Tickets will be sold through the online box office.
MAY 6: AP Testing begins.
MAY 8: Top 100 Ceremony will be held at PHS.
MAY 13 - 17: Senior Week.
MAY 15: 1 PM Academic Signing at PHS.
MAY 16 & 17: Senior exams are scheduled during the regularly scheduled class times.
MAY 17: Senior Sunrise.
MAY 20 & 21: Make-up exams.
MAY 22: Graduation practice at the visitor’s side at Alexander Stadium. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY! Seniors will not be in class that day. The dress is casual. Plan on a minimum of two hours of practice.
MAY 22: Fees must be paid by graduation practice at 8:30 AM. This could include outstanding amounts owed for past school years. All detentions must be served. Students must have paid all fines/textbook charges to receive their diplomas.
MAY 22: Senior Class Night will be held at the Piqua High School @ 7 PM. Class Night is our awards program and any PHS or UVCC senior who has received a scholarship will be required to attend. Please wear your graduation gown, no caps.
MAY 23: Piqua seniors who attend the UVCC will be honored at the UVCC Convocation at Hobart Arena @ 7 PM.
MAY 24: Graduation will be held at 8 PM at Alexander Stadium. Students are to report to the visitor side at 7:30 PM, with caps and gowns. Students will be permitted an unlimited number of guests. All students must wear appropriate clothing under the gown to participate in the ceremony, including dress clothing, and nice shoes.
MAY 26: Graduation rain date.
