The Piqua City School District 2022 Board of Education
Piqua City Schools' elected Board of Education consists of five members, each serving a four year term. The Board is the governing body elected by the citizens of the school district to be legally responsible for the education of the children of the district. In 2022, those include: Kelly McMaken, 2022 President, Sean Ford, 2022 Vice President, and members Clint Bostick, Steve Frazier, and Sean Mitchell.
Regular monthly meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). All meetings will be held at the Piqua City School District Board of Education Central Office, 215 Looney Rd., Piqua, Ohio 45356. Workshops or other meetings where no action (without prior notice) is taken may also be scheduled for the Board of Education Central Office. All meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend. Minutes are available through the official record kept by the Treasurer.
Board of Education Meetings for 2022 are scheduled as follows: January 27, February 24, March 17, April 28, May 19, June 23, July 21, August 25, September 22, October 20, November 17, and December 15.
The Piqua Board of Education maintains membership/representation in: Ohio School Boards Association, Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce, GrowPiquaNow, Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Cooperative, Ohio High School Athletic Association.
