Once you have changed your students address in Final Forms the school that your child attends will receive an email to approve that address.  Once the address has been approved at the school level, it will send us an email with that update.  Once we are able to update the new address in our routing program and get your student assigned, we will call you with the new busing information and email your students school with the new busing information and when it is effective.  Click this link:  https://piqua-oh.finalforms.com/
