SPORTS:

Big night last night for softball and baseball, but before the teams departed for Greenville, mother nature threw a curve ball of her own as the heavens opened with heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, however, it didn’t stop the Indians. The softball team fell to the defending conference champions last night, but we’ll get a chance for a rematch on Friday at home with a start time of 5 PM.

The baseball team found themselves in a battle and came from behind to beat Greenville 6–4. Mickey Anderson gets a triple and scores a run while Hunter Steinke led the team with three hits and came in to get the save on the mound for the Indians. Baseball team also hosts Greenville on Friday at 5 PM at Hardman field.
