Third Grade Red Word List
ThirdGrade ‘RED WORDS” This list contains important words that students leaving third grade should be able to read fluently. Students should be able to read them from sight, as many are not words that can be ‘sounded out’ or they have more complex vowel patterns that they will learn at a later time. These words are seen frequently in all types of print.
