Student Registration

Enrollment Information

Please note: You will need to complete the online enrollment application link below on a desktop, laptop or another device.   Computers are available for your use at the Piqua Board of Education at 215 Looney Road or one of our five academic buildings.
 
To begin, please click on the Enrollment button below. You will be instructed to create a login and password which allows you to begin the process, save your information and return at a later date for completion (if necessary). At the time of your registration appointment, please bring ALL required documentation with you to complete the enrollment process for your student.
 
Step 1: Complete the online enrollment application.
 
Step 2: Once you have completed your online enrollment application, you can call the Board of Education at (937) 773-4321 or any of the five academic buildings to schedule a time to drop off ALL required documentation to complete the enrollment process.  (See Step 3).
 
Please note: Before your child can begin to attend school, the enrollment application and ALL required documentation must be completed!
 
Step 3: Bring all required documentation to your scheduled appointment:
  1. Original Birth Certificate or Passport 
  2. Immunization Records 
  3. Proof of Residency (gas, electric or landline phone bill). Please note that you must be currently residing in the Piqua City School district to enroll your student.  All new students entering the Piqua City School District must provide the proper documentation to establish proof of residency. The name and address on these documents must match the name and address of the custodial parent or legal guardian of the student(s) being registered.  
  4. Parent/Guardian's Driver's License or Passport (Photo ID)
  5. Current IEP - ETR - MFE or 504 (if applicable)  
  6. Custody Papers (if applicable)

--If you are living in the Piqua City School District and have not yet received an electric, gas, landline phone bill, or MONTHLY utility bill, you can provide your signed lease agreement or closing paperwork.

Back to School

 
You must update your student's information for the new school year online through our OneView online system.  This system will allow you to update your contact information, medical information, and emergency information.  You will also be able to input email addresses and phone numbers at which you would like to receive school news and alerts.
 
 
You must complete your online forms prior to the first day of school on August 14.
Please note: You will be required to complete the back to school forms for each of your students individually.  For parents with more than one student, there are features built into the OneView portal that will allow you to copy whole sections.  Reducing the overall time it will take to complete your back to school forms.
 
 
If you have questions or encounter problems, please contact your student's school or the Board of Education.  If you do not have access to the internet, please call your student's school.  Computers are available for your use at the Piqua Board of Education at 215 Looney Road or at each of our five academic buildings.
