In addition to individual counseling, I also see students in a small group setting based on need. These students are able to work together on a similar topic. Possible topics can include:
- Changing families
- Grief/loss
- Social skills
- Anger management
- Self-esteem
- Friendship
Typically, groups will meet for 30-40 minutes for 6 weeks. Parents will be informed if their child is asked to participate in a group. If you feel your child would benefit from a group, feel free to contact me!
**Confidentiality will be stressed at the first meeting.
