Need Support?

If you experience problems please enter in a support form with a brief description of the problem. Many problems may be able to be resolved remotely for those that can not you may need to return the device to the school. If the device has been physical damaged please return the device to the school for evaluation.

If the device needs to be returned for any reason please use the provided case/sleeve to transport the equipment. Please follow the guide lines outlined in the Chromebook Handbook when transporting the device.
