Updating Parent Contact Information and Email (March 29, 2020)

This is Dwayne Thompson, Superintendent of Piqua City Schools with an update.

First, I would like to thank all parents and guardians for working with your children last week on their first set of lessons.  We greatly appreciate your partnership and will continue to do our best to assist you with their school work.  Teachers tried to reach out to each of their students last week but have had some difficulty reaching all.  If you have not been able to make a connection yet, please feel free to send an email to your child's teachers to help us make a connection so we can be a vital resource to help you out during this time.  If you have changed your phone number or address, please update that information on the Parent Oneview portal located on our website at www.piqua.org on the top right-hand side so we can stay in touch.  You can also send an email to [email protected] so we can assist you.  Finally, if you need technology support in any way, please call 937-916-3150.

We will continue to listen to Governor DeWine’s directions regarding how his future directives will impact education.  As we get additional information, we will be sure to send out information to help you and your children plan ahead.  We miss you and hope that you’re all staying healthy at this time.   Thank you!
