Favorite Hill students are working every month on good character traits that include, being responsible, being respectful, being trustworthy, being fair, being caring, and being a good citizen.  We are currently working on being fair and a good citizen.  A person demonstrates fairness by asking him or herself the following questions: Do you play by the rules?  Do you take turns and share?  Do you try to see the other person's side?  Do you speak up if you know something is unfair?  A person demonstrates citizenship by asking him or herself the following questions: Do you cooperate with others?  Do you obey the rules and laws?  Do you do your share to make your school and neighborhood better?  Do you help protect the Earth?  At the end of  each week, students who are nominated by their teachers for demonstrating these traits are recognized.At the end of  each week, students who are nominated by their teachers for demonstrating these traits are recognized.
